Let's work together! The Senior Instructional Design Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of training content, policies, and procedures.
Instructional Design Responsibilities :
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather educational requirements.
- Lead project teams to design and develop client-facing training content and materials.
- Collaborate frequently with subject matter experts to assist with knowledge transfer and the accuracy and quality of content.
- Use instructional design principles and industry standard methodologies to define learning objectives and create and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led-training materials, job aids, and assessments.
- Use e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools to build interactive and engaging e-learning modules that incorporate multimedia, simulations, and assessments.
- Develop, test, and maintain user training materials for instructor-led training, self-paced training modules, and online training content, including interactive tutorials and mixed media courses.
- Work with LMS administrator to ensure content is effectively deployed and represented Relativity Learning.
- Assist with the production and management of industry, community and educational events.
- Participate in the delivery and evaluation of training sessions when appropriate.
- Continually grow knowledge of instructional design, technical communication, and multimedia content development.
