Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets through relationship building and consultative sales techniques
Communicate the value of insurance products and guide customers through the sales process
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Active P&C license in the current state of residence
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
