The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Program Manager to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i. The responsibilities include :
Provide oversight for all IT and Infrastructure Operations
Engage with key stakeholders, including COR, partners, and team members to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.

Certified Information Security System Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager or Cyber Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
ITIL certification within three (3) months of contract start
Required Skills and Experience :
Must have experience managing resources, projects, schedule, and budget for communications infrastructure projects.
Must have experience overseeing and managing unified communications.
Must have five (5) or more years of project / program manager experience.
Must possess effective supervisory skills and ability to clarify team purposes and goals, build team commitment, strengthen collective skills, and work approaches and ability to analyze and ensure that effective and accurate procedures are in place.
Ability to lead a team successfully through project-driven schedules to deliver high quality outcomes based on stated performance objectives, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Required Citizenship and Clearance :
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be posses an active Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
