Our client is seeking a well-versed Land Development Manager to join their team as a fulltime employee with finding and purchasing land for subdivision development. We are requiring one to fully understand the reporting of SWPP. One should be experienced and knowledgeable in municipality code and approval process for development code and process of developing residential land. Further explanation of the day-to-day duties are managing job cost, development budgets, daily sit visits, storm water permitting, troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise, deliver developed lots to home builders on time and per plan.
