Orchestra is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to join our Culture team. This role will focus on designing, facilitating, and scaling engaging development programs that help our employees lead, grow, and succeed. This person will report to the Head of Culture and work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization to embed learning throughout the employee journey.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a teacher's mindset, strong operational rigor, and a passion for cultivating inclusive, growth-minded workplaces. You'll manage the day-to-day of our L&D programsfacilitating trainings, managing vendors, and systematizing learning experienceswhile helping shape a long-term development strategy for a dynamic, creative workforce.

Salary (commensurate with experience and skills) : $145,000 - $165,000, plus eligibility for an end of year bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.
