Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) interface, ensuring compliance and addressing operational issues Oversee daily operations of PBM interface, focusing on data exchanges and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution Support sales and implementation teams by managing client expectations and ensuring compliance with legal documents and data sharing agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations, vendor management, or a related role Strong understanding of PBM operations, data file formats, and compliance requirements Experience with data management systems Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to PBM operations
