This person will load chemicals into or from tanks, trailers, rail cars or other various containers. Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general duties in loading/unloading of rail, movement of railcars, process units in support of production.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to Pass D.O.T. physical and NASAP D.O.T. test.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with loading/unloading operations and pertinent regulations.
• Ability to read P&ID's
• Ability to identify the different kind of valves on the P&ID as well as in the Field
• Understanding how the different valves operate and why they operate and direct flow the way they do.
• Ability to identify and Remediate leaks on or around equipment, know when a pump is cavitating and how to correct the situation.
• Understanding of the Hazards of different Chemicals in the Process Tank Farm.
• Ability to work shift work
• Must be available for OT as required.
• Be Coach able and Approachable while learning new skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience – 6+ months experience in an Industrial setting preferred.
• TWIC Card and Valid Driver's License Required.
• Must meet all physical demands of the role
