Every Wednesday, our producers, the people actively funding loans, get on a call to share what's working right now. And you're never figuring it out alone. Every new loan officer gets a pod leader whose job is to help you win, plus access to the entire company through our communication channels, so a question at 8pm gets a real answer fast from someone who's actually closing. The access goes all the way up: new LOs here can run a scenario personally with leaders who still fund loans themselves, our president, CEO, regional managers, VPs, you name it. Whatever the channel, one of them answers, usually in minutes.
