We are hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
Key responsibilities include :
- Ensuring product is produced in accordance with established quality and product standards.
- Operating and adjusting production line equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and reporting any problems.
- Performing quality checks on containers to ensure proper specifications are maintained.
- Checking and maintaining defined levels of all raw materials used in production.
- Conducting oneself in a safe manner and adhering to all required safety protocols and policies.
- Wearing PPE properly in accordance with company standards.
- Keeping the area around your workstation clean and free from dirt and debris.
- Following plant specified job specifications and task lists.
- Being able to work assigned shifts, including working overtime and attending after hour meetings as needed.
- Performing other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
