About the Role

Vida HR is seeking a Benefits Data Specialist to join our Benefits & Compliance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

You will be responsible for processing a high volume of benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates across multiple systems while ensuring data accuracy between our HRIS, payroll, and carrier platforms.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on execution and data integrity, working closely with our internal Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, including one mandatory in-office day per week to support collaboration, training, and team alignment, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.

What You'll Do

Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes across multiple carrier systems
Manage a high-volume workflow (800+ transactions per month across all clients)
Ensure accuracy between isolved, payroll deductions, and carrier data
Research and resolve discrepancies such as eligibility mismatches and deduction issues
Handle insurance card requests and eligibility verifications
Maintain audit logs and documentation for compliance purposes
Support Open Enrollment testing and data validation
Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team during a phased transition to centralized processing

Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

$24.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Full-time, non-exempt position
Hybrid work schedule with one required in-office day per week
