Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Eugene F. Brigham Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate Department. This position supports financial operations, including processing UFGO transactions, travel reimbursements, and faculty professional development expenses. The candidate will also provide backup support by learning and assisting with other fiscal functions within the team. Additionally, this role serves as the front office receptionist, handling responsibilities such as answering the main phone line, mail pick-up and distribution, managing room reservation requests, and assisting visitors, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of university procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Working knowledge of UF Marketplace and UF GO. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work that can complement family and personal commitments. Preferred schedule M-F, four hours a day.
Expected Salary: $18.00-$20.00 an hour
