Marketing Manager

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing experience and experience in the agriculture industry, or a closely related field, is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative marketing professional who is passionate about driving brand growth and engagement in the agricultural sector. This is an onsite opportunity at our client's office in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities :

Social Media Management : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Content Creation : Create compelling content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, tailored for various digital channels and audiences within the agriculture sector.

Writing : Produce high-quality written materials including blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral that align with brand messaging and strategic goals.

Campaign Planning & Execution : Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Use insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support marketing goals and initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on social media and digital content creation.

Proven experience working in agriculture or a similar industry (e.g. western, ranching, sports, etc.).

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.
