As a Maintenance Technician at our Springfield Service Center, your work ensures that our wash and processing equipment operates smoothly and reliably. Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Completing preventive maintenance and conducting inspections
Supporting general facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and cleaning
Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols
Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
Electrical background with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical skills involving hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
Ability to work overtime as needed
We hire Maintenance Technicians across both Springfield shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
