Job Announcement : Back Office Medical Assistant Lead

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Back Office Medical Assistant Lead to support our cardiology clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker with a strong clinical background and leadership experience in managing medical assistant teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor medical assistants.
• Assist with cardiac diagnostics including EKGs, stress tests, Holter monitors.
• Oversee clinical workflows and patient flow management.
• Conduct rooming, charting, and patient education.
• Coordinate provider needs, supply ordering, and clinical compliance.
• Support cross-department collaboration with billing and front office staff.
