The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for organizing and maintaining patient records within a healthcare facility. This role ensures that patient information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and file patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve and process requests for patient information from healthcare providers and authorized personnel.
- Input and update patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
