Job descriptionSupport daily use of Dynamics 365 CRM across the business groups. Work with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into documented requirements for system updates or new capabilities. Produce functional specifications and user stories that guide development work. Facilitate discovery sessions to evaluate workflows and identify areas where CRM functionality can streamline processes. Configure and adjust Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Assist with data migration tasks, system integrations, and CRM reporting needs. Review current processes to identify gaps and propose practical solutions that improve system performance and user experience. Coordinate with technical teams and project stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements on schedule. Provide user training, documentation, and general support. Monitor new features and updates released for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and apply best practices. At least three years of experience working as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Prior involvement implementation projects. Solid understanding of CRM processes. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI. Skilled in writing functional documentation, process maps, and user stories. Strong communication and analytical abilities with proven experience working with business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.

Overview
Robert Half is searching for a Business Analyst with significant experience working with Dynamics 365 (D365), for our client in Madison, WI. The Dynamics Analyst will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, updates / upgrades to the system, integrations with CRM, process improvement, requirements gathering, and work directly with end-users.
This is a Direct Hire position that will require an onsite work schedule (5 days).
Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
