Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a talented .NET Developer with strong Blazor experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality internal applications for a leading casino organization. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on building modern, responsive web applications using Blazor within .NET 6+ in both on-premises and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing clean, scalable solutions and experience working across multi-tier architectures with performance, security, and maintainability in mind.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop dynamic, responsive web applications using Blazor (Server and / or WebAssembly) with C#.
Maintain and enhance existing applications built in ASP.NET, MVC, and other .NET technologies.
Participate in the full SDLC : requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs; work within microservices-based architectures.
Implement reusable UI components and maintain a consistent user experience.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Use Git for version control and participate in peer code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ongoing system support.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or optimizations.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on development experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
Proven experience developing applications with Blazor (Server and / or WebAssembly).
Strong front-end skills : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Solid experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries.
Understanding of object-oriented programming and component-based architecture.
Familiarity with Git, unit testing frameworks, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the casino, gaming, or sports betting industry .
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
Experience with MAUI or Xamarin Forms is a plus.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and scalable architecture design.
Experience writing automated tests and test plans.
