Job Description :
Job Title : Sr Developer (.NET Core)
Job Type : Full-time permanent role
Job Location : Woodland Hills, CA
Work Schedule : Hybrid (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote but will eventually become 5 days / week onsite)
Salary : $120K - $140k / year plus benefits
Responsibilities : Summary
Client is looking for a Sr. Software Developer to join our growing world-class development team. Use your technology talents to solve unique and challenging travel industry problems, while contributing to our vision of a vibrantly engaging client customer experience.
Our environment combines the resources of an established company with the agility of a cohesive technology group. We're looking for a full-stack Sr. Software Developer to help us improve and maintain an existing WinForms application, while assisting in the design and development of the next-generation Central Gateway Hub, which serves as the backbone of the client ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support and maintain n-tier legacy Windows applications that utilize multi-languages such as VB.NET & C#
- Support and maintain SOAP Web Services APIs that utilize multi-languages such as VB.NET & C#
- Support and maintain, Web applications that use C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, React, and SQL
- Develop, Integrate and maintain Azure serverless APIs to support application functionality (C#, SQL)
- Design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Maintain and enhance systems based on user needs and changing business requirements.
- Stay current on best practices in IT technology, processes and applications, development and support.
- Collaborating with team members, including fellow developers, product managers, and business subject matter experts, to gather accurate requirements and deliver high-quality software
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate scheduled on-call production support rotation. This includes monitoring systems, responding to alerts, troubleshooting and resolving issues, communicating with team members to provide regular updates, escalation and documentation.
