Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive clinical and administrative support, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Efficiently monitor and process x-ray orders to ensure timely completion.
• Assist patients in proper positioning during exams to guarantee the highest quality diagnostics.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, ensuring a thorough understanding of HIPAA and health information management.
• Review exam images for initial evaluations by healthcare providers and manage the transmission of final images to the Radiology group for further analysis.
• Correctly label laterality on images using appropriate markers and document any removable artifacts present during exams.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on x-ray equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure a clean environment by sanitizing all equipment after each use.
• Gather patient vitals and relevant history for proper charting and patient care.
• Actively engage in compliance training and support new employee orientations and training sessions.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and patients, contributing to a harmonious workplace culture.

Experience and Qualifications :

Education Requirements : High School Diploma or Its Equivalent

License Requirements : Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT, Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License
