Job Summary :

Decypher is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist(s) (CRNA)to support Mike O' Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), 99th Medical Inpatient Treatment Facility, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage patient anesthesia care without physician supervision
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, obtain informed consent, and order necessary diagnostics and medications
• Develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans
• Perform immediate pre-induction assessments, reviewing medical records and evaluating patient status
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain physiologic homeostasis and manage abnormal reactions
• Collect and interpret physiological data using noninvasive monitoring techniques
• Manage airway and pulmonary status during procedures
• Oversee patient emergence and recovery from anesthesia, including pain management and complication prevention
• Administer medications, fluids, and ventilator support as needed
• Document all anesthesia-related events, including drug dosages, fluid administration, and patient responses
• Record post-anesthetic visits and note any anesthesia-related complications.

Required Qualifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS must follow American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines

Experience :

Work Schedule :

0630-1500, 0630-1700 or 0630-1900 Monday-Friday to total 40 hours per week.
