Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients' histories to identify any allergies or conditions that could influence anesthesia effectiveness
• Engage in comprehensive patient evaluations, educating them on surgery and recovery processes, and advising on the potential side effects of anesthesia
• Make informed decisions on the appropriate amount and type of anesthesia required, including the most effective administration method
• Administer anesthesia accurately, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Diligently monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia dosage during procedures to ensure optimum safety and comfort
• Supervise patient safety and recovery from anesthesia, making critical decisions as needed
• Conduct evaluations on patient progress pre, during, and post-procedure
• Handle administrative tasks such as ordering medical supplies, contributing to staff training, and managing departmental finances

Qualifications :

• A Master’s degree in nursing, with at least one year of nursing experience
• A valid Registered Nursing License
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
