A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Services Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and provide guidance to Phone Workers and other staff on the 988-phone line, ensuring best clinical practices are followed

Support staff in assessing risk of harm and mental illness, and facilitate appropriate referrals for callers

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining accurate documentation of calls

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field

Must be a Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 246-341-0200

Independent or associate licensure in counseling or social work preferred

Experience working with individuals in crisis is required

Telephone assessment or help line experience preferred
