RN MGR - IMAGING

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Imaging Department will have the following job responsibilities:

The Department Manager is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals.
The manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
The director identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
The department manager works with Senior Management in meeting facility goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Manager - Imaging

RN MGR - IMAGING

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Imaging Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

5 years of Recent (within the last year) acute Imaging leadership experience.
Experience with budgeting, capital, business planning, physician relations and management of supervisory positions is highly preferred
(ARRT-R) Radiography is required
(MRT) in the State of Texas is required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
