3form is the leading manufacturer of award-winning, sustainable building materials and architectural hardware solutions for the Architecture + Design industry. We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and meticulous Sales Operations Coordinator in Salt Lake City. The sales operations coordinator supports the sales management team. This person reports directly to the vice president of sales. The company is focused on producing high-quality materials with a low impact on the environment.
Responsibilities : Sales Support :
- Tour guide for customers visiting the factory
- Manage agenda for customers & candidates visiting the factory
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, sales data entry, and customer information management.
- Assist managers with Onboarding / Offboarding of material consultants
- Run zoom meetings
- Manage inventory of marketing materials
- Manage organization and assets in Showpad
- Demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools and train others specific to sales use
- Generate reports, analyze and communicate findings with regards to sales metrics
- Product understanding and application
- Coordinate with CRM team to manage changes needed to make the system more efficient for sales reps and capture customer and rep activity
- Schedule internal meetings for sales reps
