Schedule : 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $17 - $18 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

This role involves operating various manufacturing equipment such as compression presses, laser machines, bonding stations, and tub assembly stations while safely handling fiberglass materials. Responsibilities include following detailed instructions, maintaining a steady production pace with a focus on quality and safety, conducting regular inspections, and accurately completing production and quality documentation. The position requires cross-training on multiple workstations, adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, and support of IATF 16949 standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (especially in automotive production)
• Ability to work with metric measurements and interpret production data
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• A high sense of responsibility and a commitment to safety and quality
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
