Salary :

  • Starting at $21.00 per hour

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Travel Requirement : 0-25%
  • Collect patient history and vital signs
  • Conduct basic tests or screenings such as vision, urine drug screens, and EKGs
  • Perform phlebotomy for lab sample collection
  • Accurately process lab test paperwork using computer systems
  • Conduct point of care testing (strep, glucose, urinalysis, etc.)
  • Maintain sterile technique and cleanliness of instruments
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating ancillary care for patients
  • Support providers during exams and procedures
  • Uphold patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained
  • Document patient medical history and exams accurately
  • Handle registration duties and manage patient payments
  • Assist with phone calls and triaging as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as printing and scanning documents
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with patients and staff
  • Able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • CPR certification and up-to-date on necessary immunizations
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to work accurately
