Job descriptionCompetitive salary Parental leave Continuing education opportunities Medical benefits, including vision coverage, FSA / HSA options, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) plan with a company match for your future financial security Free urgent care visits for you and your immediate family members Scrubs provided for a professional and comfortable work environment Opportunities for promotional growth Monthly bonus based on performance and productivity Travel Requirement : 0-25% Collect patient history and vital signs Conduct basic tests or screenings such as vision, urine drug screens, and EKGs Perform phlebotomy for lab sample collection Accurately process lab test paperwork using computer systems Conduct point of care testing (strep, glucose, urinalysis, etc.) Maintain sterile technique and cleanliness of instruments Assist in scheduling and coordinating ancillary care for patients Support providers during exams and procedures Uphold patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained Document patient medical history and exams accurately Handle registration duties and manage patient payments Assist with phone calls and triaging as needed Perform administrative tasks such as printing and scanning documents Other responsibilities as assigned High School Diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to maintain effective relationships with patients and staff Able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds Proficient in computer systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) CPR certification and up-to-date on necessary immunizations Detail-oriented with a proven ability to work accurately
