Job Summary :
Serves as initial contact with Capital Health Plan (CHP) members seeking medical care. Answers phones and enters information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) required for scheduling and management of health issues. Maintains appointment schedules, collects fees, manages medical records, enrolls patients in electronic messaging like the Patient Portal, manages messages, assists with patient flow through the department, and performs clerical and administrative support services.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Preference will be given to candidates with prior medical office experience. Must be able to navigate a software program with a keyboard and mouse.
- Based upon the company's needs, work location may be reassigned to Centerville or Governors' Square location at any time.
