Job Description :
Patient Care technicians tend to ill and injured individuals under the supervision of doctors, nurses and medical professionals.
They are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all customer inquiries.
Their duties include taking vital signs, collecting specimens, performing catheterization and assisting patients with eating, personal hygiene and grooming.
This includes member and / or provider phone calls or correspondence regarding benefit, eligibility or customer issues.
Follows internal processes and procedures to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Required 1 years experience
Prior experience in the healthcare or managed care industry.
