Title : Payroll Analyst
Job Duties : We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage off-cycle payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves collaborating with payroll, HR, finance, and facility teams to resolve discrepancies, conduct audits, analyze payroll data, respond to payroll-related requests, and develop clear policies and procedures.
Schedule : Full-Time
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll compliance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and UKG Kronos)
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Payroll certifications (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) are a plus.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range : 35-$40 USD
