Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred). A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate and inspire. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can command a room and lead with confidence. A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles. As a Personal Trainer, you’ll be more than just a coach—you’ll be a motivator, mentor, and game-changer for our members.
- Lead & Energize – Coach both one-on-one and group training sessions, bringing high energy to every workout.
- Assess & Personalize – Evaluate clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results.
