Salary :

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring efficient material handling.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols with precision.
  • Replenish materials, maintain inventory levels, and efficiently receive materials.
  • Work seamlessly with procurement, production, packaging, and shipping departments.
  • Keep everyone in the loop about inventory status and any issues.
  • Skillfully operates forklifts, drum lifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Implement lean techniques and maintain a pristine, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Tackle corrective actions head-on and participate in essential training sessions.

Qualifications we are looking for :

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Capable of completing cycle counts and managing deliveries with precision.
  • Verify materials according to manufacturing orders.
  • Perform thorough pre-use inspections of material-handling equipment.
  • Understand and follow all compliance protocols, including hazardous waste storage.
  • Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels.
