Job descriptionRespond to high-volume inbound calls (90% of time) regarding pharmacy benefits, claims, and provider issues Deliver exceptional, white-glove service to members, pharmacies, and providers Enter accurate call data and member information into claims and record systems Follow up on unresolved issues including prior authorizations and override approvals Route inquiries to appropriate internal departments and monitor claim processing status 1+ year of pharmacy technician or pharmacy-related customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with pharmacy claims systems and data entry procedures Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, call-center environment Pharmacy claims processing systems Call center software CRM platforms Microsoft Office Suite Experience handling prior authorizations and overrides Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in healthcare communication Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pharmacy Technician - Customer Support
Location : Remote
Compensation & Schedule
- 19-$20 / hr base | $21 / hr for certified or licensed Pharmacy Technicians
- Training Schedule : Monday–Friday | 9 : 30AM – 6 : 30PM CST (3 weeks)
- Work Schedule After Training : Monday–Friday (8-hour shift | 1 : 00PM– 10 : 00PM CST)
- Off Saturdays | OT every other Sunday for 4 hours (between 8 : 30AM – 4 : 30PM CST)
- Start date : Monday, June 9th, 2025

As a vital link between members, providers, and pharmacies, this role ensures timely, high-quality support on pharmacy benefit inquiries and claim resolutions. Success is defined by your ability to resolve issues with precision and professionalism, while upholding world-class customer service standards.
