Pizza Lucé is looking for enthusiastic, high energy and experienced people who love to work hard and have fun in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere. Our Servers act as tour guides to our restaurant with extensive working knowledge of our menu including beer, wine, and liquor. They take pride in providing the best possible customer service to our guests.

PAY: $11.41 per hour

SCHEDULE: Night & Weekends - must have Saturday and Sunday availability

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

• Greet the customers in a timely fashion with warmth and sincerity.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our beer/wine/liquor menu.
• Help customers navigate the menu and answer questions or make recommendations.
• Take and serve customer food orders.
• Quickly make server drink orders.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints.
• Handle all credit cards, cash, gift cards, gift certificates, and coupons according to proper procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and others to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Perform side work (e.g. roll silverware, fill condiments, clean).

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ensures every guest has the complete Pizza Lucé experience.
• Energetic personality with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.
• Full-service server experience preferred.
• Previous Bartender experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Command of the English language.
• Must have a team attitude and the ability to be alert to the needs of both guests and coworkers.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift 40 lbs.
