As a Product Engineer, you will combine specialized knowledge and principles of mechanical engineering with significant experience of radio controlled model cars to design, build, test, and analyze RC products. This will include the creation of parts and engineering drawings for prototype and production at both domestic and international vendors, and creation of exploded views for instruction manuals.

Pay for this position - $60,000-75,000 / year. Placement within the pay range is based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a quarterly bonus not included in the pay range.

• Vision / Mission : Understands how their assigned technical element practically interfaces with other technical areas, and business unit’s mission.
• Functional Competence : Subject matter knowledgeable with ability to deliver results based on direction provided. Able to research, evaluate, troubleshoot, and assist in root cause analysis and resolution. Highly analytical and detailed oriented.
• Execution : Manages day-to-day delivery of project output. Monitors progress to goal throughout each phase of the project.
• Results Orientation : Impatiently seeks results and capitalizes aggressively on opportunity for improvement.
