Job Description This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

You'll lead the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects, coordinating across internal and external teams to manage the full lifecycle of capital project delivery.Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource allocation
• Take ownership of safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage all phases of the project : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring / control, and closeout
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure performance and accountability
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and functional leads
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Track and report key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and other metrics
• Identify and mitigate construction risks
• Manage and document project changes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and supervisors
• Prepare clear, concise reports that meet client expectations
• Analyze challenges and implement solutions to improve outcomes

The Successful Applicant

Essential Skills & Experience :

• 7+ years of experience in project management within utilities, construction, engineering, or related fields
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience serving as a liaison between firms and clients
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Collaborative team mindset
• Willingness to travel domestically 10-25%

Preferred (but not required) :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Engineering design experience
• PMP certification
• Construction or field experience
