Job description
Daily Property Adjuster
CENCO Claims is looking for a reliable Daily Property Adjuster to manage residential property claims in the Colorado Springs area. This field-based position provides consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and direct support from a responsive internal claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential property damage
- Create accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and carrier representatives
- Submit complete and timely claim files
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Xactimate or willingness to learn
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Active home state license
