Role Summary
We are actively interviewing for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish / English) Psychologist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations in both Spanish & English.
- Ensure that behavioral and psychological information is integrated into a multi-disciplinary report and prescriptive plan to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and maximizing their potential.
- Provide crisis intervention support in collaboration with county mental health agencies.
- Monitor psychotherapeutic services and ensure quality care for clients.
- Consult with case management, clinical teams, and community partners.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan and evaluate services.
- Train and mentor staff and community service providers.
