With over 20 years of experience, they combine old-school reliability with modern tech to keep things flowing smoothly. They are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to support daily operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal staff.
The Customer Service Representative / Scheduler will be responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, processing customer requests, and various administrative tasks around the office. This is an in-office role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to be a team player.
