Oxnard, CA | Full-Time | First Shift

Exact Staff is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Accounting / Purchasing / HR Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting, purchasing, and human resources functions. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay.

This position is ideal for individuals with accounting, purchasing, HR, or related administrative experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with daily accounting functions, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
  • Process purchase orders, purchase requests, and vendor invoices
  • Communicate with vendors and assist with purchasing and inventory needs
  • Maintain accurate financial and purchasing records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks and employee timekeeping
  • Help coordinate recruiting, interviews, and new-hire paperwork
  • Ensure company records are accurate, organized, and maintained confidentially
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed
  • Perform other accounting, purchasing, and HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, purchasing, human resources, or a related administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with accounting, payroll, or HR software a plus

Pay, Schedule, and Location:

  • Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00/hour, DOE
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Shifts Available: First Shift
  • Location: Oxnard, CA
