POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the project quality control program and performance of daily QA / QC responsibilities to ensure proper coordination and construction that also meets project standards and requirements. The position will work directly with both internal and external team members to provide document review, coordination, and implementation during the project duration.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains project quality records for the construction phase of the project and quality audit plans, performance, and management thereof.
• Monitors the implementation of the approved site QC Plan; not limited to construction activities and reviews materials and equipment delivered to the project for adherence to specifications.
• Creates, documents and distributes all QA / QC plans, checklists, inspections, completion lists, punch lists, and reports.
• Conducts regularly scheduled QA / QC meetings, review logs of Deficiencies, Punch List, etc. and provides documentation and meeting minutes.
• Uses data collected to identify means of reducing deficiencies and improving overall quality, and provides action remedial responses.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.
