Position Summary

We are looking for a QA Manager to join our Identity and Access Management team. The candidate will be managing QA processes and resources on multiple products of the Identity & Access Management portfolio. The individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which can craft the IAM industry for decades to come. This position requires an individual who is a great teammate, an excellent communicator, creative, data driven, results oriented and hungry for quality.

The candidate will act as an advocate for, and support, the business by serving as a quality champion through measuring and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of Products within Identity and Access Management. The Quality Assurance Manager ensures security and compliance adherence of IAM products that impact colleague experience and operational efficiency.

The QA Manager will maintain oversight of quality management functions, programs, processes, staff and standard work. The candidate will consult and work cross functionally to influence and promote change to deliver quality service to our internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working within Quality Assurance domain with a proven track record.
  • 5+ years of experience with software testing techniques & technologies including Smoke / unit / regression, Integration Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), Automated testing.
  • 2+ years of experience managing resources.
  • 2+ years of experience or exposure with working on Identity and Access Management technologies.
  • Experience with Selenium or another automated test suite is preferred.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment at offshore.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the Agile / Scrum development lifecycle.
  • Strong experience managing resource needs, and capable of identifying, and communicating resource / administrative gaps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Identify & Access Management procedures
  • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
  • Start-up mentality and desire to innovate at a fast pace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Education

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is :

    83,430.00 - $201,900.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
