About the Opportunity :
An established and respected engineering firm is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in Land Development to lead and manage complex site development projects. This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to shape project outcomes, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage civil engineering design for land development projects including site layout, grading, stormwater systems, and utility infrastructure.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept through construction.
- Serve as a technical expert and resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing plans and providing quality control.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.
