Join Our Team as an RN Coordinator!

Position : RN Coordinator - Providence Home Services, Oregon

Schedule : Full Time / Days

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? As an RN Coordinator , you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating new referrals while providing phone triage for existing patients. Most of your responsibilities will take place onsite, where you may also deliver direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy. This is a collaborative role, working closely with various providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors across Oregon and southwest Washington.
