Key Responsibilities:

As the Recruiter, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting our HR and warehouse management teams with essential recruitment efforts.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Coordinate with warehouse managers to identify staffing needs.

• Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate pre-employment checks.

• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all required documentation and safety training is completed.

• Maintain and organize recruiting and hiring records.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to travel within the warehouse as needed.

• Occasionally lift office supplies and equipment (up to 25 pounds).

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking during work hours.
