Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit high-performing Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders Qualify candidates based on licensing, production, and client requirements Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mortgage recruiting experience (sales recruiting required) Former mortgage sales leaders with team-building experience are encouraged to apply Strong understanding of origination, branch structures, and compensation models Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work remotely
