Data ScientistResponsibilities

• Collecting data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
• Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis
• Searching through large data sets for usable information
• Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
• Building tools to automate data collection
• Correlating similar data to find actionable results
• Creating reports and presentations for business uses Skills Required − Statistics – Frequentist & Bayesian − C++, Python, R, PySpark, Juoyter Lab, Pycharm − Exploratory Data Analysis, Visual Analytics − Oracle, MySQL − Windows, Linux − A / B Testing − Hadoop, Spark, MLlib, Git − Design of Experiments (DoE) − Natural Language Processing (NLP) models − Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, ScikitLearn, Scipy and NltkTK in Python for developing various machine learning algorithms. − Leadership and Communication Skills − ML Algorithms : LR, SVM, Ensemble Trees, Matrix Factorization, Neural Networks, Clustering Analysis, Dimensionality Reduction Algorithms, Optimization problems a plus Experiences
• Experience in linear algebra, especially sparse systems
• Experience in data munging, data cleansing, feature selection, feature engineering.
• Developed Recommender Systems
• Developed forecasting model to predict revenue using Python libraries.
