• Must have Interim or Active Security Clearance AND CompTIA Security +Parks Professional Placements is currently searching for multiple Senior Professional Business Analysts that have Functional Analyst / Subject Matter Expertise to be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. Responsibilities :
• Serves as Functional Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• The desired candidate analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing requirements, such as the Navy’s Human resources system
• Coordinates with customer, business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
• Serves as Functional Analyst defining business intelligence requirements for Analytical application and reporting.
• Must possess experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements.
• Identifies and develops high level requirements based on knowledge of the Navy’s personnel and pay systems, and analytical reporting, basic government accounting and financial knowledge.
• Responsible for decomposing high level functional requirements and writing system and technical requirements for development and testing.
• As a member of a Task Order Team, must be able to work well with co-workers, developers, testers, and customers.
• Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements enterprise wide purchased systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Prepares application system specifications.
• Plans, implements and coordinates system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance
