Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in Agile product development , stakeholder management , and business process analysis . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with development teams, managing product backlogs, and ensuring quality product delivery through effective communication, documentation, and testing oversight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Product Backlogs : Prioritize tasks based on business value and strategic goals
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : Gather, translate, and validate requirements to align with product objectives
- Oversee Development & Testing : Work with development teams to monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct Business Process Analysis : Identify areas for optimization and support improvement initiatives
- Design Functional Solutions : Draft detailed user stories , functional specs , and technical documentation
- Coordinate UAT : Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing , including test case creation and execution
- Gather Customer Feedback : Conduct surveys, focus groups, and market research to guide product strategy
- Track Product Performance : Analyze usage data and market trends for ongoing enhancement
- Support Agile Ceremonies : Actively participate in Sprint Planning , Daily Stand-ups , Sprint Reviews , and Retrospectives
