We're looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Senior Copywriter to join our growing creative team within our design org.

You will be mainly focused on product copy and content design, with involvement in GTM campaigns and social copy. You will be working alongside marketing teams and senior copywriters to implement high-quality marketing and product design projects. You will collaborate with a team of senior copywriters and report to our Creative Director based in New York. You'll be spending your days writing engaging content across various types to captivate and sustain audience interest.

We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to around half your time on-site in our San Francisco office-roughly three days per week.

What You'll Do :

• Deliver brand tone of voice and its application across products.
• Use your knowledge and skills to represent the copy / content team with cross-functional partners.
• Craft exciting and meaningful creative for our product teams, building hype for Strava and championing the tone of voice.
• Be supporting on GTM campaigns and social copy.
• Drive the copy with light oversight from leads and ideates to deliver quality work.
• Deliver high-quality copy for defined objectives independently.
• Have a passion for all things fitness, staying on top of the latest trends across all platforms.
• Join an exciting internal creative team that spans various fields.
• Make a direct and measurable impact on our business growth.

Compensation Overview :

At Strava, we know our employees are the most important ingredient to our success, and our compensation and total rewards programs reflect that. We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the department and your location. Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate's starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify these ranges in the future. Compensation : $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year. The base salary posted is within the compensation range for this role. This range reflects base pay only and does not include equity or benefits.
