The Sr. Programmer Analyst will be responsible for designing PeopleSoft HR programs and applications that align with user needs and business requirements. This includes analyzing information requests, working with users to gather necessary details, and designing and developing the requested solution.

• Candidates should have experience working with PS version 9.2 (we note at least 3 years' but would be open to considering candidates with 2 years' experience)
• This position is more technical and not functional / Fluid experience is a "plus" (PeopleSoft Fluid UI, including Fluid Pages, Fluid WorkCenters, and Fluid Approvals for mobile-friendly, responsive design)
• Familiarity with Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping and Drop Zones
• We would prefer to see candidates who have experience working with both Payroll and HR Modules, and developing and maintaining Time and Labor Rules
• In addition to the required technical skills, we would like to see candidates who have experience with the "Preferred Skills and Experience" listed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate IT requirements to non-IT business users
• Will consider work experience in lieu of education (3 years of work = 1 year of college)

This is position could be eligible for a hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
